Smart Organization!

Now that we have 3 dogs (!!!) there is a lot of leashes, harness and collars that go with each one. So Mike got a smart idea to have hooks that correspond with each dog. Of course, I am the one that actually puts things back :) but it looks great and keeps them off the floor. :)

Kitchen Remodel

So, I've been working hard redecorating and remodeling...not sure which stands for what type of stuff. Anyway, here is some pictures of what has been done in the kitchen. My mom came to visit and we redid the kitchen cabinets. They were this weird yellow paint/stain (still not sure which one they did). We sanded and restained and then sealed them. Also bought some new knobs. After all of that we painted the walls to match the rest of the house. The remaining things that still need to be done is new countertops and new backsplashes behind the sink and the stove.

Puppies!

So back in March we had to put Big Mack down. :( but we decided to get a puppy. Her name is Mika, she is a German Pinscher. Then we decided that she has soo much energy that we need another for her to play with. We got Elwood, an Alaskan Malamute. Finally, we decided that we had big and fluffy, thin and fast, and we needed small and wrinkly. What we really wanted was an English Bulldog, but they have a ton of health problems, so we got an American Bulldog. Her name is Zora, after Supergirl Cara Zor-el. She is soo cute and sweet, we just love her. But now we have a 9 month old, 7 month old, and a 5 month old. Can you imagine the craziness?!? And I'm leaving in a week to do some training in Maryland, so Mike will have to handle all that crazy on his own for 2 weeks :) Good Luck!

Honeymoon photos!

Our honeymoon was awesome! We went to Disney World and spent most of the time at Epcot center. Though our favorite restaurant was the Irish Pub in Downtown Disney. We ran around and felt like little kids half the time. I also managed to bring home a ton of souvenirs. We had a ton of fun and hope to go back soon. :)

Full of Craziness!

Soooo many things have happened since my last post.

Mike and I got MARRIED!!! YEAH! I will post pictures once I find my camera.

We were married on Dec. 18th in Albuquerque at a Bed and Breakfast. Only immediate family members were invited. It was soo amazing and nice to just be a small celebration.

We went on a honeymoon in Disney World!!!! It was AMAZING!!! Our favorite was definitely Epcot center. And somehow I managed to bring back at least 3 times as many souvenirs as Mike :)

We also visited Universal Studios and decided that Harry Potter land is not Mike-size.

We also had some bad things happen. Unfortunately we had to put Big Mack down. He fell off the bed and twisted his neck, pinching his nerves that controlled the right side of his body. :(

We decided the house was way to quiet without a dog and ended up with 2 puppies.

We also spent our reception money on a house, which I'm in the process of painting and decorating!

It's been a crazy time, and hopefully things will slow down a bit.

IT'S FALL!!!!

This weekend Mike and I traveled up the mountains near Santa Fe with Big Mack in tow. The drive up there was amazingly beautiful! It's soo nice to have an actual change of seasons. The colors were amazing and it was fun to explore! We can't wait to go up there when it snows!
